Refund policy

At Wear Aura, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference may not be accepted.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
